All orders , made from our website will be dispatched using a DHL or similar Express Service which will require a signature of the receiver. All purchases are dispatched Monday-Friday 9.00 am-5.00pm. Please allow for delivery up to 7 working days if item that you have purchased is available on stock. For special order and custom made items the production and delivery time will take up to 30 days. During national holiday time delivery may take longer.

You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with all tracking details. We will be unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Your delivery address must be located in the area, where the courier delivery service is possible. In other cases we will try to offer you other delivery services.


From time to time and for special collections Vanpre will offer free delivery promotions. To be notified by email about free delivery and sales, simply sign up to our email updates. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied at check out and only is free delivery is offered for purchased item.


Vanpre insures each purchase sent with courier service during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the customer. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have a different delivery address or specified recipient, then you accept that evidence of a signature is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Vanpre and transfer responsibility in the same way.


For all orders, made from our site, the customer will be responsible for any Import and Clearance taxes and duties as well as any brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. This is operated by our courier on a 'pay on delivery' basis. We recommend you contact your local customer authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. You are welcome to contact us for any additional information concerning delivery and returns.

We will issue a full refund for items purchased on website that are returned according to our RETURN POLICY ( please read below) . Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card within 7-10 working days from processing your return and will exclude all shipping costs.

If the date on your payment or credit card has expired or for any reason or the original card has been cancelled, lost etc, please contact us via our email service so that we can update your payment detail and ensure that your refund gets processed correctly.



All order cancellations must be made in writing, using your order details, within 7 working days starting the day after you receive your order. 

If your order has been already processed and dispatched to your address, it will be necessary for you to return the goods following our RETURN procedures detailed above so we can process your refund. The cost of return and care of the package are your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore we recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery. It might be necessary in case of any unexpected situations during the return procedure.

In accordance with the distance selling regulations we will refund standard delivery charges if the whole order is returned unpacked.

If only part of the order is returned we are not obliged to refund any of the delivery charge.

If the order was cancelled before it was shipped from our stock, please offer us 7-10 working days for return in a whole amount.


In the case of return or order cancelation, please handle all goods with extreme care and ensure that you send the package by a method which insures the value of the goods, as well as retaining your proof of postage.
Please not, If the goods do not reach us within 14 days of receipt, we reserve the right not to process your return until we will receive the goods.
In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us unworn, undamaged and within 14 days of receipt of goods. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing perfume / make-up / deodorant which may leave any color marks or scent on the item that you wish to return. 
We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. 
We do not offer refunds if any seal has been removed or any tickets have been broken or remover, or damaged.

Please accept, that we are not able to offer refunds for any custom made items made specially for you, using you measurements of accepting your special preferences.
